Saudi Arabia has unveiled renders of the fifth region of its Neom project, which will be situated in a valley that begins at the Gulf of Aqaba coast. It will contain a mirrored ،tel by Shaun Killa, a rock-shaped ،tel by Mario Cucinella and a stepped cliffside ،tel by Chris van Duijn.
Readers were split over the proposed project. One praised the “beautifully designed” statement pieces. Whereas another criticised the design for “destroying nature and everything that lives around it”.
