Facet fabric by Designtex

Dezeen S،wroom:\xa0high performance meets natural textures in US ،nd Designtex\'s Facet fabric, which features a pattern of fine linework over a woven-look background.

Facet is part of Designtex\'s Wayside collection, which is made of 100 per cent polycarbonate-based polyurethane – a highly durable material even in high-traffic environments.

At the same time, the collection avoids the flat look typical of these fabrics and instead adopts an ،ic texture based on handwoven textiles.

The Facet design is a coated reinterpretation of a woven fabric called Net from Designtex\'s Biophilic collection.

It features a network of fine light lines that form a ،n،g triangular pattern across the fabric\'s surface. The pattern nods to fractals, a natural phenomenon that is recorded to ،uce a calming effect on humans.

Available in 16 colours, the Facet fabric is Greenguard Gold certified and low VOC, and contains no antimicrobials, flame ،ants, PFAS or solvents.
