UK studio Foster+Partners has unveiled a master plan for an urban centre in Hangz،u, China, which will be centred around a skys،er-flanked spine.
The project will be located in the Yuhang district next to the “infinity loop” skys،er being designed by Danish studio BIG for OPPO.
This week’s newsletter also featured the launch of Dezeen’s latest editorial series – Designing for Disaster, a stepped retail building located along Baltimore’s Inner Harbor by Danish architecture practice 3XN and Nike’s launch of its Swoosh 1 Flyknit trainers for babies and toddlers.
